Your mission

  • Support the implementation of the European commercial merchandising strategy by aligning assortments with global product directives and preparing basic analytical inputs that strengthen brand heat, demand, and range efficiency.

  • Assist in coordinating seasonal Go‑To‑Market activities by maintaining launch calendars, updating timelines, and ensuring smooth information flow between merchandising and category marketing teams.

  • Contribute to merchandising plans by gathering data, updating assortments, and compiling recommendations based on guidance from Senior Managers and category leads.

  • Help adapt global assortments and guidelines for European clusters by updating templates, validating product lists, and ensuring accuracy across documents and systems.

  • Maintain and update regional price lists and ensure all related system entries follow global instructions and remain accurate.

  • Track and consolidate forecasts from channel teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission to senior merchandising colleagues.

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to financial midterm planning through basic reporting, data collection, and preparation of budget inputs.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams by sharing updated product information, preparing documentation, and coordinating commercial activities as directed.

  • Support operational routines by monitoring data accuracy, updating reports, maintaining process documentation, and assisting with SMU and collaboration tasks.

  • Assist with GTM materials, catalogues, workbooks, and showroom preparation while gathering market insights, tracking in‑season performance, and contributing to overall team operations.

Your talent

  • A solid foundational knowledge in business, merchandising, marketing, economics, or fashion—supported by relevant internships or early career experience in merchandising, product, buying, planning, retail, or marketing.

  • A basic understanding of product lifecycle management, consumer trends, and industry dynamics within sporting goods, fashion, or lifestyle categories.

  • Strong functional merchandising skills, including familiarity with assortments, product data, price lists, item masters, and channel differences across Wholesale, E‑com, and Retail.

  • Foundational analytical and technical skills, including Excel proficiency (lookups, pivots, formulas), comfort working with datasets, and the ability to identify simple trends in sales or market data.

  • Growing technical capability with merchandising systems such as ERP, PLM, PIM, and forecasting tools, paired with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and process‑management skills, enabling effective task prioritization, calendar coordination, and support of cross‑functional GTM routines.

  • Clear and collaborative communication skills to work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising Operations, and Global Product teams.

  • A proactive, curious, and accountable working style, with willingness to learn, take initiative, and support team priorities within a fast‑paced, international environment.
