Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Logistics professional based in JAFZA Free Zone, Dubai, to manage and oversee day‑to‑day outbound logistics operations. The role will focus on improving efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, especially with Sales, Customer Service & Finance related to fulfilment & delivery of customer orders.

• Establish & maintain KPI’s through reporting, planning, and executing fulfilments.

• Outbound – Pick & Pack, Pack & Hold, LC/BG/SBLC record keeping, Bank submission, Final Dispatch.

• Ensuring any legal/regulatory information are documented, while monitoring any new developments/ask towards trading compliance - SABER [Seasonal regt., audit etc.]

• Build alliances and partnerships with logistics providers & cross departments.

• Keeping tight control on billing, monthly vendor invoicing closure, provisioning, etc., in coordination & communication with finance/accounts payables.

Your talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field

• Minimum 5+ years of outbound logistics management GCC experience

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office and ERP systems

• Knowledge of UAE-GCC export regulations and business practices

• Knowledge of Dubai trade, MOFA, JAFZA customs, Chamber of commerce 

Preferred(not mandatory)

• Lean / Six Sigma exposure

• CTLP / CILT certifications
