Your mission

• Beratung zu allen aktienrechtlichen Fragestellungen und allen Themen des Deutschen Corporate Governance Kodex

• Unterstützung bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Maßnahmen (Satzungsänderungen, Beurkundungen, Anmeldungen zum Transparenzregister etc.)

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Sitzungen des Aufsichtsrats und Unterstützung bei der Gremienarbeit (Supervisory Board Office)

• Rechtliche Beratung der Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung der Finanzberichterstattung

• Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen Konzeptionierung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Hauptversammlung

• Beratung zu allen Fragen des Kapitalmarktrechts, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Ad-hoc- und Insiderpflichten, elektronische Offenlegung von Directors‘ Dealings und Stimmrechtsmitteilungen

• Management der Beteiligungen der PUMA SE

• Beobachtung der Rechtsentwicklung in den genannten Schwerpunktgebieten und deren interne Kommunikation

• Beauftragung, Koordination und Steuerung externer Rechtsberater.

Your talent

• Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium mit zwei erfolgreich bestandenen Staatsexamen

• 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung

• Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)

• Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten

• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
