Your mission

  • Play a pivotal role in the design and development of accessories that resonate with our brand's ethos and captivate our target audience, collaborate closely with the performance design teams to develop sport bags & various performance accessories, create compelling story telling, and select premium materials

  • Collaborate with the Lead designer to conceptualize and design products for various performance lines

  • Translate product briefings into conceptual design ideas and coherent collections

  • Translate design concepts into digital artwork using industry-standard software (e.g. 3D / AI / Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Support the Lead Designer & other team members in in the execution of techpacks & color specifications for different performance lines

  • Support the development of product from sketch to finished product

  • Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and material presentations to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives

  • Work closely with Design team members and manufacturing teams to ensure design intent is realized in final products

  • Contribute to the research of trends, material innovation, consumer preferences, and cultural influences to inform design decisions on a seasonal basis.

Your talent

  • Up to two years relevant work experience ideally in the Product or Accessories area

  • Good attention to details that elevate the Product Design (eg – trims, materials)

  • Knowledge with technical drawings and sketches

  • Good presentation skills

  • Passion for sports is a plus

  • Apple Mac, Illustrator, Photoshop, AI / 3D visualization tools

  • Good verbal and written English skills are a must

  • Flexible and well organized Teamplayer with a positive and collaborative work attitude

  • Bachelor/Master degree focused on Product Design or similar education

  • Thrive under fast-paced deadlines and challenges
