  • Bachelor/Masters Degree student or equivalent. A background in Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, Sports Management, Marketing, or other related fields is a plus.

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Proactive, energetic attitude with passion for e-commerce, retail, sport and fashion

  • A team player, ability to take ownership, curious to learn new things and challenge the status quo.

  • A passion for the Jordan Brand and a bold connection to youth culture—where sport, music, fashion, and identity unite communities and empower self-expression.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)

  • Be available for a 6-month full-time internship starting February 1st, 2026

  • Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL)

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality.

  • You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

We have roles available in the following teams.

  • Marketing


This team is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and enhance Jordan's presence in the market. 

  • Merchandising


Develop and execute product assortment strategies across key sports and cities for the Jordan brand. 

  • Sales

Drive consumer-centric digital sales strategies for the Jordan Brand, optimizing e-commerce performance, enhancing user experience, and collaborating cross-functionally to boost engagement and conversion across Nike platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Previous Jordan Interns have:

  • Developed consumer-centric digital strategies to enhance retention and loyalty, keeping consumer needs at the heart of all initiatives.

  • Optimized e-commerce performance by improving online shopping journeys, product merchandising, and conversion rates across Nike platforms.

  • Evaluated user experience across digital channels, identifying friction points and driving improvements to boost engagement and growth.

  • Worked on the Quai 54 assortment, provided consumer insights and helped identify new opportunities for the brand.

  • Supported product setup and launch readiness across Apparel, Footwear, and Equipment categories

  • Travelled to key cities across Europe and worked on the seeding and brand activation for the 'Luca 4' campaign.

  • Supported the execution of 'The One' Global Basketball Tournament, a premier 1-on-1 competition spotlighting emerging talent, with activations in key cities.

  • Contributed to seasonal campaign recaps and cross-functional reporting, synthesizing results for cross-functional stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

  • Curated intern program designed to develop yourbusiness acumen, build your network and grow yourself.

  • Exposure to senior leadership, educational workshops and networking events.

  • Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

  • Fantastic campus with state-of-the-art sport & gym facilities, group classes & team events.

  • Hybrid working 3/2 Onsite/Offsite.
