As Transformation Manager you will join our global IT team in the IT Integration department and be responsible to transform and ensure perfect execution of the IT function in the area of Red Bull team sports, brand extension and other subsidiaries. This multifaceted position is key to guiding and reporting on our IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap, maintaining high standards of IT service quality and security. Ensuring the effective management of IT budgets and technology sponsorships will be an essential part of that responsibility too. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths

STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the IT vision and strategy across Red Bull Teamsports, brand extension and other subsidiaries by deriving strategic goals and actions, proposing and actively driving new focus initiatives. To make informed decisions on technology investments and strategies, you will seek to understand business needs, conduct research and analysis and propose new changes. You will plan long-term management activities, monitor and regularly report on the division's IT budget (central and subsidiary budgets) and act as a communication lead.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
In the area of quality management, you will be responsible for reporting on key initiatives and strategic roadmap objectives as well as identifying potential risks. You monitor and measure IT initiatives in terms of their success (time, budget, value) and thereby ensure compliance with the IT strategy, including the IT security of the subsidiaries. To ensure high quality decision-making, you will define management KPIs, maintain a management dashboard, analyze data and translate complex issues into actionable recommendations, ensuring reporting to the CIO and department head. You will also provide regular feedback to other IT departments on the quality of the IT services provided.
PROGRAM- & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
As a Transformation and Quality Manager, you are also responsible for managing and supporting IT projects and programs. To ensure cost-effective delivery of project components, you ensure efficient management of budgets, schedules and project efforts. You ensure proper contract management, support procurement processes and lead negotiations. In addition, you manage relationships with vendors and suppliers and monitor their service level agreements and contract terms.
PARTNER- & SPONSORSHIPS
In the area of partner and sponsorship management, you continuously identify potential partner and/or sponsorship opportunities and evaluate their benefits. You prepare the approval and financing documents and coordinate them with business partners. You conduct or participate in potential business negotiations, including contract negotiations and reviews.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in IT or equivalent IT training
- Several years of professional experience (> 5 years) in IT management as well as broad, general IT experience
- Experience in defining and managing IT KPIs
- Very good communication skills in English and German skills are required
- Strong ability to create management concepts and presentations and to visualize complex issues in a simple way
- Track record of driving the progress of IT roadmaps and projects
- Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms and conditions as well as interest in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships
