Full Description



The IT Professional is responsible for the daily IT support of end-users and consistently works towards improving end-user satisfaction, utilizing Red Bull’s IT service management processes and adhering to the company's overall IT guidelines. The individual maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user devices and regional IT equipment. Additionally, they support local IT and business-related projects.

IT Support and Onboarding

  • Ensures professional end-user IT onboarding, leveraging and contributing to global standards.
  • Organizes and provides day-to-day IT support, maximizing remote service desk use and output, and pushing for fast resolutions.
  • Ensures professional and regular IT service communication towards end-users.
  • Organizes and provides IT security training as well as useful end-user IT service training.
  • Administrates local end-user account access and permissions in relevant tools, and required management and monitoring platforms (e.g., Workplace, Network, or IAM services).

Collaboration and Infrastructure Management

  • Leverages Incident, Request, Problem, Outage, and Change Management processes for Red Bull's IT services (global, regional, and local).
  • Supports local infrastructure components in cooperation with second-level support partners.
  • Collaborates on limitations, improvement, or simplification ideas in current services, processes, and tools for fast and qualified alignment among relevant IT peers (local, remote Service Desk, IT Area).
  • Acts as a centralized peer for IT policy implementation and guidelines throughout the region.
  • Provides meeting, event and streaming support for the business when neededs

End-User Devices and IT Infrastructure

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory following Red Bull standards/tools.
  • Coordinate roll-outs and replacement cycles for client computing hardware and peripherals, including mobile devices.
  • Manage local network infrastructure and event support in line with global standards.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of local office infrastructure (e.g., printers, meeting room equipment, office access control, CCTV, local phones).
  • Ensure equipment purchases adhere to standards and coordinate the RMA process for client computing and back-end hardware components.

Local IT Project Coordination and Administration

  • Ensure local project tasks for deploying global IT services achieve the highest end-user satisfaction.Support local IT and business projects by leading defined work packages.
  • Proactively align local business needs and demands with the IT Area Europe team to promote global/regional IT solutions over local ones.
  • Assist the local IT or Finance Manager with IT budget planning.- Undertake assignments using global and area-specific project management methods, coordinating external vendors and partners (e.g., A/V setup, digital signage).

IT Business Applications

  • Act as local counterpart for IT BA specific requests, capturing BA related local demands (incl. HQ security or local privacy requirements) and thorough understanding of the underlying business case, ensuring a well-prepared and transparent decision process from scoping to realization.
  • Service delivery & projects: support budget planning for local and regional services as well as IT recharge oversight/guidance and Project oversight for global or regional projects specially designed for a new subsidiary country (set of IT BA applications) and maintenance of the global and regional project roadmap relevant to the IT areas countries.
  • Service ownership for aligned and agreed local services: management and coordination of external support & development partners; alignment with service owners to ensure strategy fit of solutions while ensures country requirements are communicated to global service owners. Also, regular review of operational KPIs to ensure insights on the service knowledge and performance are generated and improvement actions are derived.

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • IT education - Completed bachelor degree on the last 2 or 3 years
  • Strong communicator and skilled at building relationships with end-users
  • Solid know-how in Windows, Microsoft 365, Apple Environment, Entra ID (Azure), Exchange Networking and Security Services
  • Strong analytical and problem solve skills
  • ITIL v4 experience, Service-Now or equivalent tool experience, and PMP experience appreciated.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible personality
  • Spoken and written English mandatory
