Investigations and Integrity Analyst

Overview 

Fanatics is seeking a motivated, team and detail-oriented Investigations and Integrity Analyst with 2-4+ years of applicable experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory operations role (gaming industry experience preferred, but not required). The Investigations and Integrity Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Investigations, Integrity and Incident Reporting and will support compliance efforts across the Fanatics Betting & Gaming business. 

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, coordinate, track, and report incidents that affect the ongoing operations of the FBG platform in every jurisdiction in which FBG operates.
• Monitor, track, and ensure completion of regulatory follow up and internal initiatives as a result of incidents.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive materials, including but not limited to policies, procedures, and processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with teams across Fanatics Betting & Gaming including Engineering, Trading, Data Reporting, and Tax, and Internal Audit
• Build and maintain relationships with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictions and partners across the gaming industry. 

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory operations experience, preferably in the online gaming industry or other highly regulated industry
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license is a requirement for this role
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, act independently, and become a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements are of critical importance
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines 
• Strong analytical and writing skills 
• Experience communicating with senior management and government authorities
• Self-starter that enjoys a startup atmosphere
• Ability to be on-call and work nights and weekends as needed during high volume sports seasons. 

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
