WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be collaborating with Inbound, Operations, Controlling, Geo and leading our 3PL team on site for Inventory accuracy and availability maintenance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with continuous improvement mindset ready to accept the challenge.

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, accounting or similar.
  • Five years’ experience in supply chain or logistics focused on Inventory Management.
  • Understands logic of WMS functions and direct relation with SAP ERP.
  • Experience on internal audit processes.
  • Advanced English, (able to stablish business conversation, manage topics & execute deliverables)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As an Inventory Analyst you will be leading and aligning x-functional strategies to assure the product integrity and best practices.

  • You will be responsible of availability and accuracy of the inventory as well as the balance between systems (WMS and SAP).
  • Measuring contractual KPI's to achieve and maintain operational control.
  • You will be working along our Finance Team, as a responsible of SOX Controls, Internal Audits, Shadow Counts and Destruction Activities.
  • Working in projects and driving best practices implementation with local and GEO Teams.
  • Day-to-day activities. Strive for examples they may not have expected at first glance and don’t be afraid to lean into the challenges; we want to capture the interest of candidates that are excited by the realities of the role.
