Do you want to be at the heart of digital sales execution and help sales teams win in-store through the power of digital? Join us as an SFA Intern and bring ideas to life through powerful content, sharp storytelling and data-driven insights that accelerate our Sales Force Automation adoption.
Working side-by-side with sales, commercial and tech teams, you’ll fuel smarter, faster, and more impactful field execution across markets, helping teams win in-store through the power of digital.
We are looking for a motivated talent to join us in June 2026 for 6-month period.

TRAINING CONTENT, PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATIONS
During this Internship, you’ll tap into market needs and turn insights into powerful learning content. You’ll break down complex Sales Force Automation (SFA) features into simple, punchy and engaging formats such as guides, videos and one-pagers. You’ll build presentations that don’t just inform but energize and inspire stakeholders, and you’ll launch bold, clear communication packs that activate markets and drive momentum. Continuously, you’ll level up all content based on real user feedback and adoption signals to ensure it remains relevant and impactful.
DASHBOARDS & INSIGHTS
You’ll build and own dashboards that make SFA performance impossible to ignore. You’ll bring data together from multiple sources and translate it into sharp, actionable insights. You’ll spot trends, unlock opportunities and highlight gaps before anyone else does, empowering teams with insights that drive faster, smarter decisions. Continuously, you’ll evolve and refine dashboards to stay ahead of business needs and maximize impact.
TESTING & RELEASES
You’ll support testing activities from planning to execution. You'll help to translate business requirements into clear, structured test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure real-world impact. Additionally, you'll identify bugs, track progress, and contribute to continuous improvement so that every release lands smoothly with our users.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Technology, Data, or a related field
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BI tools, JIRA, or Confluence is a strong plus
- Passion for digital, FMCG and how tools can unlock better sales performance
- Strong interest in content creation, able to translate complex topics into clear, engaging presentations and training materials
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and turn insights into action
- Eagerness to take ownership and drive testing activities, with a strong eye for detail and quality
- Structured and organized, able to manage multiple tasks from content creation to testing coordination
- Strong communicator, confident working with cross-functional teams and engaging different markets
- Proactive, hands-on and energized by working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Curious and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve tools, content, and user adoption
