Full Description
The Knowledge Management team develops and manages solutions that enable business departments to capture, structure, share, and access documented knowledge. We support back-end platforms for governed content management, front-end solutions for intuitive knowledge access, and communities that embed Knowledge Management into daily ways of working.
We are looking for a motivated Knowledge Management Intern to join our Global Data team in Elsbethen for a six-month internship.

Expand all
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AND ROLLOUTS
You will support the rollout of existing Knowledge Management solutions, services, and processes across international business departments. You will also contribute to pilot projects for new solutions and services, collaborating with the Knowledge Management team, business content owners, and IT departments.
TRAINING AND USER ENABLEMENT
You will help develop and deliver training for content authors, content managers, and other business users. You will support users in applying Knowledge Management processes and tools effectively.
DOCUMENTATION AND CONTENT QUALITY
You will maintain documentation for Knowledge Management services and processes. You will also contribute to improving content quality, metadata, taxonomy, information architecture, and documentation standards.
REPORTING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
You will support Knowledge Management reporting and help evaluate and continuously improve the Knowledge Management framework, processes, and services.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Current studies in Computer Science, Information Science, Digitalisation, Data Science, Communication Science, or a related field
- Good understanding of content management, documentation quality, metadata, taxonomy, or information architecture
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or comparable content and knowledge platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Structured and process-oriented way of working
- Interest and first experience in emerging technologies such as knowledge graphs, ontologies, data analytics, and AI-supported knowledge retrieval
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, Visual Studio Code or W3C is an advantage
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
- Travel 0-10%
