We are looking for motivated students to bring fresh ideas and energy to Nike’s European Headquarters, wherethey'll have the opportunity to contribute to one of our three iconic brands; Nike, Jordan and Converse.   •  A background in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field is a plus  

  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities 

  • Proven great teammate attitude 

  • Ambitious, autonomous and information seeking attitude 

  • Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Human Resources are a plus (please include in your CV) 

  • A passion for the Nike brand and an active interest in sports, fitness, or movement—whether through participating, watching, or simply staying active.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

  • Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution) 

  • Be available for a 6-month fulltime (40h/weekly) internship starting February 1st, 2026

  • Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus, Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum (NL) 

  • You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality. 

  • You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands. 

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements, we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level, in the Netherlands.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

WE HAVE MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS 

  • People Solutions

Providing strategic HR support to drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience 

  • Data Management

Creating and managing employee contracts, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation for new and existing employees across Europe 

  • University Relations

Managing and supporting the internship program at Nike EMEA, providing a world-class experience for interns 

  • Compliance and Benefits

Ensuring Nike’s compliance with labor laws and regulations, while also designing and delivering competitive benefits programs for employees 

  • Payroll

Managing the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely completion for Nike employees across Europe 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting HR operations across EMEA. Depending on the position, previous HR interns have worked on:

  • Collaborating with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations 

  • Supporting the development and implementation of local policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across EMEA 

  • Conducting research and analysis to build the case for change and inform HR decisions 

  • Developing and tracking critical metrics and scorecards to measure HR performance and drive business outcomes 

  • Supporting HR managers in driving HR process excellence, including performance management and other key HR initiatives 

  • Facilitating the programming for the current cohort of interns and improving the recruitment process for the next recruitment cycle

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

  • Curated intern program designed to develop your business acumen, build your network and grow yourself.

  • Exposure to senior leadership, educational workshops and networking events. 

  • Social & sporting events with an intern cohort of approximately 50 students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. 

  • Fantastic campus with state-of-the-art sport & gym facilities, group classes & team events.
