Full Description
This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the Automation Solutions team in improving and automating business processes to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders such as business process owners, IT, and developers, helping to gather information on existing processes and user requirements.
A key part of your role will be contributing to as‑is process documentation and assisting in to‑be process design. You will support the team in managing automation projects using tools such as RPA (UiPath), Celonis, Logic Apps, and others.
Through this internship, you will help streamline operations, minimize errors, and enhance overall performance, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment at the intersection of business and technology.
We are looking for someone who can start in July 2026 for six months.

PROCESS DOCUMENTATION
You will organize, structure, and maintain business process documentation for the team.
PROCESS ANALYSIS & REQUIREMENTS
You support the analysis of business processes and contribute to requirements gathering and specification.
AUTOMATION, TESTING & SUPPORT
You assist in testing, validating, and maintaining new and existing automation solutions.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
You create and refine communication and marketing materials to promote and explain existing solutions to stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- RPA, Logic Apps, low‑code automation tools, and interest in AI‑based automation.
- Interest in process improvement and automation
- Basic knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Ability to break down complex processes, and spot improvement opportunities.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and developers.
- Ability to organize and maintain documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and methodologies in process mining and automation.
- Previous internships or part-time jobs in related fields would be a plus.
