LEAD AND MANAGE THE GLOBAL IN-STORE EXECUTION BI REPORTING
In this role, you'll lead the development of Business Intelligence (BI) requirements from the business side, working closely with BI IT teams to ensure the implementation of a functional and user-friendly reporting setup. You'll oversee IT test management by consulting IT teams on test cases and conducting user acceptance tests. You'll be responsible for ensuring data quality within reporting and for maintaining global KPIs and dimensions in alignment with our global sales standards. Additionally, you'll manage the SharePoint intranet site for the In-Store Execution Reporting and handle market change requests — including their maintenance, sign-off, testing support, and the creation of user documentation. You'll also leverage technology to deliver state-of-the-art reporting solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
LEAD AND MANAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GLOBAL IN-STORE EXECUTION TARGETS PLANNING PLATFORM
In this role, you'll identify business requirements by analyzing and synthesizing information from various data sources. You'll lead cross-functional workshops to help shape future planning processes and ensure alignment on the project scope with key stakeholders across Off Premise, as well as the broader Sales and Sales Controlling teams. Together with a Business Analyst, you'lI orchestrate the creation of a comprehensive business scope statement, ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset. Throughout the development and implementation phases, you'll collaborate closely with the IT project team to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, you'll oversee IT test management and conduct user acceptance tests to guarantee the full functionality and reliability of the planning solution.
BE THE EXPERT FOR ANY IN-STORE EXECUTION REPORTING TOPICS
You'll act as the go-to person for all topics related to reporting at headquarters and across Red Bull markets globally. You'll be responsible for onboarding new local key users to the In-Store Execution BI reporting tools, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively. Additionally, you'll support and deliver taskforces as needed to address specific business challenges or initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Sales or IT, with a strong focus on BI, reporting, and dashboarding—ideally in the CPG industry
- University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology, or other related disciplines
- Excellence in English is a must
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a hands-on, organized, and flexible approach to working in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in analysis tools (especially Excel and BI), with fluency in English; familiarity with technology is a plus
