Description
FCH (FIFA Clearing House SAS), a 100% subsidiary of FIFA, is a payment institution authorized in September 2022 by the ACPR to provide payment services to FIFA-affiliated clubs.

The creation of FCH is a key element of the transfer system reform program adopted by the FIFA Council in 2018 to promote and protect the integrity of professional football.

FCH, as a payment institution, acts as an intermediary in payments related to training rewards under the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP). In the context of a player transfer, it ensures the integrity and compliance of payments made by a player's new club to his training clubs.

The main objectives of FCH are:
- to centralize, process, and automate payments between clubs;
- to promote financial transparency and integrity, and prevent fraudulent behavior in the transfer system, in accordance with national and international financial and non-financial regulations, including laws relating to AML/CFT, and international sanctions rules.

THE POSITION
For a period of 5 months from May/June and under the supervision of the Risk Manager, your primary mission will be to continuously verify, and for all company process, the adequacy and quality of the Level 1 control system implemented by operational departments.

The main tasks that may be assigned include:

Control system:
• Performing second-level controls on the company's various operational activities,
• Formalizing and presenting reports on control results to department managers and company management,
• Formulating recommendations for improving existing operational systems and monitoring their implementation,

Risk management system:
• Monitoring operational incidents, analyzing them, and proposing actions of remediation,
• Updating the ongoing control system based on mapped risks and the results of the controls performed,
• Participating in updating the company's body of procedures,

Committees and Reporting :
• Preparation of internal committees dedicated to risk management and compliance,
• Involvement in various risk management and compliance reporting (internal reports, regulatory reports),

Projects :
• Participation in projects with risk management topics, particularly as part of the platform change,
• Participation in cross-company projects,

Expected professional skills
- Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance,, Business Schools, MBA
- You have at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar position (permanent control, internal or external audit) in the financial sector
- Good knowledge of control techniques and financial regulations (KYC, payments)
- Fluency in English (oral/written) is essential
- Proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
