This 6-month Part-Time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you've learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Guangzhou for Global Sourcing business.

About the Sourcing Operations Team:
- Support Operations Management to work closely with internal functional teams and vendors to well manage direct or non-direct development and sample/bulk production quality of assigned vendors.
- Support projects management and data-analysis.
Key Objectives & Opportunity:
- To learn how to work with team from different backgrounds and experience international work vibe.
- To enhance data, project management and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Management to manage/monitor the development process from design to release of bulk production focusing on prototype sampling, costing, testing, and quality control to ensure development is completed up to adidas standards and targets before defined buy ready date.
- Support Operations Management to manage production, quality, and ME at designated suppliers to ensure consistent quality of production environment, production processes and finished goods.
- Support to make sure SEA policies/rules are well implemented by all T1 factories.
- Ad Hoc projects/tasks as assigned by manager
Key Working Relationships:
- Global Sourcing
- Product Operations
- Other Global Functions teams: Social and Environmental Affairs / Government Affairs
- External stakeholders: Sourcing Suppliers
Requirement:
- An undergraduate or master degree in relevant subject. Preferably major in Business, Administration, etc.
- Strong data analytical and planning skill
- Experienced in project management is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office Skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Logical thinking, self-motivated with a keen interest to learn, attention to details.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in Sport Industry
- At least 3 working days per week, 6 months service period
- Readiness to start the internship in Jan 2025 with 6 months duration.
