This 6-month Part-Time Internship at adidas provides you with a unique opportunity to apply what you've learned at university, use your knowledge in practice, and live your passion for sports in our Guangzhou for Global Sourcing business.

About the Quality Testing & ComplianceTeam:

• Support to create and standardize compliance/testing process /procedure
• Automate some management process

Key Objectives & Opportunity:

• To learn how to work with team from different backgrounds and experience international work vibe.
• To enhance data, project management and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support for testing project:

• Sort out & organize structure of product testing documents
• Create/standardize management process
• Create training demo for certain subjects
• Support to provide PPT for upskilling summit/training

• Support to standardize compliance related process and guideline

• Streamline compliance management process
• Support to create guideline for post-audit activities

• Support to automate management process

• Process mapping for compliance and chemical management in granular level
• Identify the gap
• Work with tech to automate some process

• Advanced creation testing

Requirements:

• An undergraduate or master degree. Preferably major in Administration or Technology related
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), with skill in Microsoft SharePoint is preferred
• Strong data analytical skill
• Logical thinking, patience and attention to detail are the must

• Strong communication skills, fluent in Chinese & English (written and spoken)

• At least 3 working days per week, 6 months service period
• Readiness to start the internship in Jan 2025 with 6 months duration.
