Department
Our Production Management & Business Operations team powers the behind-the-scenes engine of WWE Media, ensuring every shoot, story, and large-scale event comes to life seamlessly. We oversee end-to-end productionlogistics—from coordinating crews, talent, travel, and locations to supporting live events, studio shoots, and global content initiatives. Our group manages the operational backbone of WWE, including budgeting, vendor and contract management, financial tracking, and cross-department collaboration with Creative, Legal, Talent, and more. Fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply integral to WWE’s storytelling machine, our team makes the magic happen by keeping productions organized, efficient, and moving. An internship with us offers an inside look at how world-class entertainment is built from the ground up.
Responsibilities
As a Production Operations intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the full lifecycle of WWE Media productions.
You will help coordinatelogisticsfor studio shoots, field productions, and live event initiatives—assistingwith crew bookings, talent scheduling, call sheets, location research, catering/craft services, and production-related runs.
You will learn the basics of a production budget, help organize media documents, andassistwith daily administrative tasks.
Day-to-day, you will partner with production managers, coordinators, and creative teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and compliant with internal workflows.
You will also have opportunities to sit inoncross-functional meetings with other departments and employees to understand how large-scale entertainment content is made.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in production management, business operations, and the behind-the-scenes process of creating television, streaming, or digital media content.
Excellent organizationandtime-managementskills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and digital file management platforms.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks whilemaintainingattention to detail.
Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT and open to occasional travel for productions.
A high levelof professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information is essential.

WeofferinternshipopportunitiesacrossIMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR),TKO Corporate,UFC, andWWE.Locations includeNew York City,Atlanta, Austin,Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, andStamford, CT.All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-onexperience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry,internsparticipateinevents such aswelcome/farewellsessions,aspeaker seriesfeaturing company leaders, and career trainingworkshops addressing everything fromLinkedIn profile enhancementtoresume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are40 hoursper week, Monday through Friday,or standard local working hours in theinternlocation.

February 28th:Applications will be accepted through this date.
March 1stto March 27th:Recruiters willcontactcandidatesand begin the interview process.
March 30thto April 17th:Offers will be extended to selected candidates.
May 18th: Program start date.
The program will be12weeksin length, May 18th through August 7th.

Eligibility
Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
