Full Description
Red Bull is looking a top-performing student to work with our most creative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists! From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into topics, take ownership of tasks, support projects and contribute based on your strengths and passions. As the Intern, On Premise Field Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the field team with in field support, data analysis and administration. The role will be responsible for driving a variety of sales and marketing initiatives planned for 2026, both internal and external. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving reach and availability, while creating and implementing marketing initiatives to increase Red Bull consumption in outlet.
The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand all
NEW ACCOUNT REACH
Evaluate current distribution/execution across the On Premise channel to identify opportunities to grow the business vertically in existing accounts and horizontally in new account opportunities.
Support discovery meetings with key partners, to understand customer needs.
Support the field team in building pitch presentations for customer review.
Engage a hunt list of prioritized regional accounts to secure new opportunity for Red Bull distribution.
Implement segment strategies to increase execution in existing accounts to drive consumption and trial.
Learn and leverage tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Technomic to engage key industry contacts.
Spend days in field to understand sales process and provide internal feedback.
KEY ACCOUNT CONSUMER COLLECTING SUPPORT
Lead initiatives in collaboration with the Field Marketing team to support the HG2 business. The goal of these initiatives will be to close voids, driving incremental sales while engaging industry staff to increase trial and consumption of Red Bull products.
Auditing current customer base to help support the team in understanding what the local level execution looks like.
Supporting with void gap closures of the executional proponents of our current customer base contracts.
TRADE MARKETING
Work collaboratively with internal marketing stakeholders to create and implement field team marketing materials and programs, aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure timely delivery of assets through engagement of external agencies and stakeholders.
Support On Premise field force, to implement POS and marketing materials during roll out periods.
Support with new customer roll outs, and lead implementation process.
