Program Duration: 6-month full internship

Work Arrangement: Minimum 3 working days per week (on-site / hybrid, to be confirmed)

Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization

This internship supports the management and optimization of the T2 and T2+1 supplier base data.

T2 = Material suppliers who produce and directly supply materials to adidas for product manufacturing
T2+1 = Subcontractors and raw material suppliers of T2 suppliers

Key focus areas include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier data
Optimizing reporting processes
Applying automation to securely share critical information with internal teams and the T2 supplier base

Key Responsibilities

Manage and regularly update T2 and T2+1 supplier base data
Support the development and maintenance of the T2 capability matrix
Collaborate with the Materials Planning team to manage and maintain the T2 capacity overview
Assist in the implementation of new processes and policies
Handle surveys and DocuSign workflows for the T2 supplier base
Track and manage project status across all relevant locations
Organize team meetings, facilitate workshops, and prepare / consolidate meeting decks
