Purpose of Role

The Marketing Trainee (6 months internship) will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing operations, strategies and projects of the marketing team, and management of Malaysia social media channels. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360 learning journey and become a part of the Marketing team.

Your Impact

DIGITAL MARKETING
o Asset coordination and management
o Content planning and management
o Support media planning
o Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life
 Handle seeding products for athletes, ambassadors, media and KOLs
 Put together campaign recaps (regional and local)

DATA & REPORTING SUPPORT
o Social listening reporting
o Media and content performance reporting

MARKETING & EVENT SUPPORT
o Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties
o Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life
 Liaise with suppliers and organize products
 Manage collateral productions
 Support on event day: admin and logistics
 Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties

PARTNERSHIPS
o Liaise with partners like gyms and sports associations

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
o Assist in Purchase Order (PO) creation
o Delivery of seeding products
o Arranging of seeding products upon arrivals in office

Qualifications

• Has a strong interest in Marketing & Sports/Fitness
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
• A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed
• Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
