Full Description

The Infrastructure Engineer role reports to the head of infrastructure and is responsible for maintaining equipment, servers, and applications for the Collectibles business. They will aid in managing various aspects of the production, office, and network environment, focusing on the company's manufacturing and operations equipment, as well as the Office365 tenant. The Infrastructure Engineer will also work to ensure that all datacenter and office sites align with the corporate minimum standards and actively assists in safeguarding corporate assets from unauthorized access.

Duties may include:

  • Building and troubleshooting windows servers in a virtual environment.
  • Performing on-prem to datacenter and on-prem to Cloud/SaaS migrations.
  • Performing routine server maintenance.
  • Maintaining an accurate asset inventory of the location.
  • Documenting and Maintaining support procedures.
  • Providing support for manufacturing operations and associated on-prem infrastructure.
  • Assisting with end user device management in Intune, Jamf, MaaS360, and other support escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • 3 years' experience working with Office365/Azure/Exchange.
  • 3 years' experience working within a manufacturing and distribution center environment.
  • 3 years' experience administering Windows Server platforms.
  • Familiarity with various server, storage, and networking hardware.
  • A solid understanding of Active Directory Users, Groups, and Policies
  • Familiarity with Okta.
  • SQL Server experience a plus.
  • Basic scripting knowledge is a plus.
  • General understanding of compliance regulations like SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A+ or Server+ a plus.
