Your mission

• Implement information security policies and procedures across the region.

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

• Coordinate with the Global Information Security department and IT to implement appropriate security controls and measures.

• Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information security.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on security-related matters.

• Provide regular training and awareness programs to promote information security best practices among employees.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the security posture of the organization.

Your talent

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment

• Strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices

• Experience in conducting risk assessments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

• English, Spanish and Portuguese language skills are required
