Your mission
Implement information security policies and procedures across the region.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with the Global Information Security department and IT to implement appropriate security controls and measures.
Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information security.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on security-related matters.
Provide regular training and awareness programs to promote information security best practices among employees.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the security posture of the organization.
Your talent
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment
Strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices
Experience in conducting risk assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
English, Spanish and Portuguese language skills are required
