Independent Non-Executive Director Performance

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Board of one of the few Olympic sports and to contribute to the delivery of the strategy.

With a particular focus on our performance objectives, we are looking for expertise to support our international success ambitions. The ideal candidate will bring experience of working with team sports (not necessarily hockey) and expertise in developing elite talent to perform at the highest level when it matters.

The Role

Time commitment: 15 Days (formal commitment but other ad hoc commitments will be required)
Term: 3 Years
Location: England Hockey Head Office - Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre – a mix of remote and face-to-face meetings
Responsible to: Board Chair and the Membership
Remuneration: This is a voluntary role, but reasonable expenses will be paid.
