Full Description
The Premier League Charitable Fund (PLCF) is recruiting a number of Independent Assessors to support the implementation of its new quality assurance model.
The Independent Assessors will complete objective evaluations of PLCF funded activity delivered by professional football club charities across England and Wales. These evaluations will follow a structured framework provided by the PLCF, designed to assess the quality of delivery across all Premier League programmes and funds.
As representatives of the PLCF, Independent Assessors will visit club charities to evaluate practical delivery against a defined set of criteria. Assessors must be able to provide fair, balanced and constructive feedback in line with the specific guidelines for each Premier League programme.
We are seeking motivated and highly capable individuals who can work to agreed schedules with both the PLCF and club charities, maintaining effective communication with key contacts throughout. The role involves an estimated commitment of up to eight days day per month, predominantly spent on-site at football club charities, with some time allocated for report writing.
Who we are
Established in 2010 to support the delivery of the Premier League Communities strategy, the Premier League Charitable Fund is one of the biggest sports charities in the world, distributing more than £35million a year to professional football club community organisations (CCOs), from the Premier League and partners.
The Premier League Charitable Fund aims to create positive and lasting sporting, social, health and education outcomes for a wide range of beneficiaries, especially children and young people. The Premier League Charitable Fund team supports and inspires impactful work via 92+ CCOs, including those in the Premier League and English Football League. In turn, their work directly benefits more than 500,000 individuals at thousands of community venues and schools each year.

We believe in the potential of everyone and open our doors to those who share those values. All appointments will be made based on merit; however, we particularly encourage applications from women, people from minority ethnic communities, LGBTQ+ people and disabled people.
