The Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited (“HKSI”) is the Government's delivery agent to provide the high performance training system for eligible sports. The HKSI's mission is to provide an environment in which sports talent can be identified, nurtured and developed to pursue excellence in the international sporting arena benchmarked at Major Games results. We are now inviting suitable candidates for the following vacancy:
The Job
Reporting to the Assistant Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits), the Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle all leave administration matters;
- Assist in performing compensation & benefits functions such as payroll and MPF administration, medical claims and insurance related issues;
- Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS system;
- Assist in preparation of statistical analysis and reports;
- Prepare for financial statistics and reports;
- Assist in ad-hoc/ regular project; and
- Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
The Requirements
- Applicants should have: (1) a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or (2) any post secondary qualification;
- Possess certificate/ diploma in human resources management or related discipline;
- Strong knowledge and application in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
- Strong in numeracy and good communication skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage; and
- Proficient in HRIS system and MS-Excel.
