  • Problem Solving - Handles complex employee relations issues diplomatically, provides advice grounded in policy and fairness.
  • Adaptability & Resilience – Responds well to ambiguity and fast-paced environments, learns continuously and stays updates on HR trends and laws, works well under pressure.
  • Relationship Building – Develops strong relationships with site leaders and teams, acts as a trusted advisor.
  • Communication Skills – Communicates clearly with leaders and athletes, translates complex HR policies into understandable actions, builds trust through transparency and active listening.
  • Change Management -  Support organizational change initiatives, helps leaders and athletes transitions smoothly, champions continuous improvement and innovation.

what you bring to the team:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to site leadership team on HR matters impacting site operations including organizational goals.
  • Influence HR strategy and execute tactical direction for the facility within the overall HR strategy
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair and consistent resolution process.
  • Conduct investigations related to complaints, policy violations, or misconduct.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit for hourly and salaried positions.

  • Lead and support the implementation of all HR projects and initiatives across the site. 

  • Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization of HR practices.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement through various employee engagement programs and activities. 
  • Coach managers on delivering feedback, managing performance issues, and setting clear expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.

Where You’ll Work and What’s required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with HRIS systems

  • Bilingual (e.g., Spanish) is a plus, depending on workforce composition.
