WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role partners closely with Nike Tech leaders, HR teammates across Global Technology and Asia Pacific, and managers at the India Technology Centre. You’ll collaborate with Centers of Excellence and operations teams in a global matrix, building strong relationships to deliver people-first solutions that power Nike’s technology ambitions.

Key Qualifications:
- Open to work in India Technology Centre in Bengaluru
- 10 years of relevant HR experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven ability to manage sizeable teams and partner with highly skilled demographics
- Deep expertise in at least one HR domain (Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent, Organization Development/Effectiveness)
- Wise, mature, resilient teammate with the ability to work with a multigenerational and multi-cultural set of stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll partner with the HR Leader to set the game plan and drive priorities for the India Technology Centre. You’ll coach leaders, shape organizational design, and deliver talent strategies that keep teams competitive and engaged.

- Collaborate with Nike Tech leaders and HR teams to scale and shape the India Technology Centre
- Drive workforce planning, talent selection, and progression strategies
- Lead organizational design and change initiatives to foster agility and team effectiveness
- Champion career development, leadership growth, and employee engagement programs
- Provide market-informed insights and HR consulting to business leaders
- Navigate complex organizational challenges with data-driven solutions
- Embed Nike’s values into programs and experiences that strengthen culture and performance
