Your role will be to handle guest and member housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally. You will lead by example, role modelling our company values and positive behaviours, creating a welcoming environment by engaging with members, promoting club activities, and acting as a true ambassador for the club. You will also produce effective team rotas to ensure the right staffing levels for exceptional service and share your knowledge and expertise to support and develop the housekeeping team

About you:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, health club, leisure facility, residential setting, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, including managing or supporting staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with members/guests
