ROLE OVERVIEW

Fanatics, Inc. is seeking an exceptional, dynamic individual to join our Product Content Marketing team. As part of the PCM team, the Hot Market Administrator will work with various business managers, PCM team members and business partners to collaborate & execute product launches.This person needs to be a results-oriented team player with a passion for sports.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Create Hot Market for events, kit launches for Fanatics International 
  • Pre Audit product imagery, attributes & Catalogs are all correct prior to activation
  • Activation of Hot Market products
  • Maintain workflow process to deliver data integrity and advise on improving efficiency
  • Build supplier relationships to ensure Product Launch information can be accessed prior to go live
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department objectives
  • Develop relationships with internal departments, communicating any issues to ensure alignment 
  • Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
  • Cross functional and special project duties, as assigned
  • May also be required to work additional hours including but, not limited to late nights and weekends to support the on-time demand of sporting events.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 1-3 years of professional writing or editing experience preferable.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel and Mac OS.
  • Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK AND WHAT'S REQUIRED:

Onsite role with occasional working from home days. The role will be based in our Manchester location, Stubbs Mill in Ancoats.
