JOB TITLE: Hospitality Sales Executive
DEPARTMENT: Venue & Hospitality
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, London
CONTRACT: 35 hrs per week including match days, across any five from seven days a week

Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new seasonal hospitality leads and produce a strong business campaign
- Proactively generate new match-by-match leads and ensure all enquiries are responded to and followed up aligned with CFC expectations and policies
- Provide weekly pro-active sales reports
- Assisting with sales, administration and marketing of matchday packages
- Maintain the upkeep of the Dispatch Express system
- Lead Accounts of up to 1000 match-by-match accounts
- To work closely with operations on a matchday to make sure clients are happy with all aspects of hospitality
- Arranging and facilitating show rounds for matchday and seasonal sales
- Liaising with operations prior to and on matchday to ensure client fulfilment
Measures of Performance:
- To ensure that all clients are always taken care of expertly and courteously
- Meet Annual & MBM sales targets both personal and team targets
- All administration completed accurately and efficiently
- All objectives set out in critical metrics are achieved
- Maximum results in Mystery Shopper
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Consistent track recorded in a sales environment ideally within a Commercial, Entertainment or Sport industry and/or with high net worth clients
Experience:
- Strong understanding of the Administrator capabilities of CRM Dynamics
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques and selling strategies
- Product knowledge and understanding of company objectives
- Proven track record of account management in a customer facing environment
- Experience in a sales environment
- Knowledge of the football landscape
- Forward thinking

- Organised and efficient
- Dedication to the hours including matchdays and evenings
