Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

DraftKings is seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Hospitality Production Manager to join our Events & Experiential team. In this role, you will own the production execution of events across the business—spanning internal activations, hybrid events, Dynasty Lounges, and trade shows—while serving as a key operator in bringing experiential environments to life. You’ll manage multiple vendors, build and track production budgets, and ensure high-caliber delivery across projects. This role is instrumental in reducing third-party dependency and aligning agency scope to strategic Daily Fantasy initiatives.

What you will do as Hospitality Production Manager

  • Own end-to-end event production for activations including: VIP Experiences, Sponsorship Activations, Trade shows, Loyalty Lounge buildouts, and Internal hybrid/immersive brand events

  • Manage vendor sourcing, contracting, and execution; maintain a vetted network of production and fabrication partners

  • Lead production timelines, on-site execution, and logistics

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Talent Brand, Sportsbook, etc.) to deliver on business objectives

  • Manage and optimize production budgets and cost tracking

  • Act as internal production lead to support the broader Events team and reduce reliance on external agencies for small- to mid-tier programs

  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure brand consistency and executional excellence across all experiential touchpoints

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in live event production, experiential marketing, and fabrication management.

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-vendor projects across markets and verticals

  • An established network of reliable, high-quality vendors, including fabricators, AV providers, scenic builders, and production partners.

  • Deep knowledge of spatial design, fabrication techniques, and experiential storytelling to bring brand moments to life.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and tight timelines

  • Exceptional project management, communication, and budget oversight skills

  • Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed during event execution
