Job Title:  Hospitality/Premium and Operations Admin coordinator– Seasonal support 
Department: Premium & Experiences  
Location: London Office
Reports to Deepak Madar, Manager Premium and Experiences

 
This candidate will be responsible for supporting the Premium & Experiences and Operations team with all admin relating to the successful execution of NFL Premium and VIP hospitality programs with a primary focus on enhancing Premium fan experiences in both existing and emerging markets. This role requires good organisational, administrative and communication skills, resilience, a strategic approach to managing the workload and willingness to go the extra mile. The team’s goal is to deliver an exceptional hospitality programme and best in class service to all NFL partners, fans and clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 
●    Assist the Hospitality and Experiences Team with the planning, design and implementation of hospitality programmes across current and new markets 
●    Provide support for Fan Events and Operations, when required
●    Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including but not limited to venues, catering teams, other suppliers as well as clients and partners 
●    Administrative support with diary management, taking minutes at meetings, event schedules, building presentations, project plans, status reports, etc. 
●    Financial administrative support, e.g. claiming, verifying and registering invoices, monitoring contractual obligations and payments
●    Working closely and supporting other departments (including international as required) with the management of commercial partners, NFL teams and any internal requests 

Role Requirements: 
  
●    Some experience in event management
●    Excellent relationship management 
●    Excellent time management and organisational skills
●    Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel etc.) and excellent email management skill required 
●    Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
●    Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
●    Proactive mindset and professional manner to align with business objectives, customer expectations and brand values 
●    Proficiency in English required, other languages encouraged
●    Punctuality, professional ethics, commitment and motivation
●    Awareness of cultural differences and inclusion
●    Willingness and availability to travel to local and international games (primarily Europe)

●    Highly organised with exceptional time management and efficient problem-solving skills 
●    A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experiences
●    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
●    Excellent attention to detail  
●    Willingness to travel, work long hours and weekends when required 
●    Interest in sports recommended
