Your Talent

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Management or related fields

- At least 10 years of retail management experience

- with 3-5 years of being in a leadership role

- Strong operational & store Development experience

- Experience in O&O as well as Franchise operations

- Experience of project management in integration of new technology, system or service providers

Your Mission

The Head of Retail is responsible for managing and leading the country retail organization (company Owned & Operated stores, both full price as well as outlet channels), achieving sustainable sales- and profitability- and inventory targets whilst ensuring a unique and brand relevant shopping experience. The incumbent must be an experienced Retail Operations leader, with a strong understanding of Retail merchandising & finance as well. The Head of Retail will work with all Retail stakeholders (Merch, Finance, P&O, VM, Marketing, Training) to ensure a smooth running of our operations.
