The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), Worldwide Olympic Partners, and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

As the Head of NOC (National Olympic Committee) Commercial Integration, your mission will be to sustain and enhance value of NOC assets to further support and develop IOC commercial programmes and initiatives, while enabling NOCs to maximise and grow their revenue streams.
Main responsibilities
Commercial integration of NOC assets in the IOC commercial programmes and initiatives
- Lead and coordinate IOC commercial management and integration with NOCs.
- Lead the NOC Commercial Integration team.
- Work with the NOCs to ensure the continuity, compatibility and attractiveness of their respective commercial and marketing programmes and value proposition within the Olympic Marketing framework, in particular in relation to the TOP Programme.
- Oversee the commercial and marketing education and capacity building programmes for NOCs.
- Ensure the recognition, implementation and protection of IOC commercial/marketing partners' rights, benefits and opportunities by the NOCs.
- Provide strategic recommendations for the long-term evolution of the IOC Commercial programmes and initiatives.
NOC Rights Acquisition Process
- Lead and enable the NOC rights acquisition process for the purpose of the Olympic Commercial programmes and initiatives, in particular TOP Programme.
Relationship Development
- Lead the IOC/NOC business relationship in a coordinated and efficient manner, to ensure transversality and coherence throughout IOC activities.
- Establish and nurture a unique relationship with the NOCs through regular communication, advise and servicing.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to NOCs, proactive and solution-oriented proposals.
- Work in close collaboration with peers and other relevant functions to ensure 360 services to the NOCs and other stakeholders in a structured and easily available manner.
Eligibility for the role
- University studies and higher education (MBA) or equivalent professional experience, legal training an advantage.
- Solid track record in a commercial and international environment.
- Bilingual English and French (knowledge of Spanish an advantage).
- Tech Savy
- Ability to travel
