THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Member Associations (MA) governance cases management
- General advise and support with regard to the problems encountered by the Member Associations
- Development and upgrading of good governance tools in the MAs (revision of statutes, regulations and good governance standards of Member Associations / revision of FIFA Standard Statutes and other internal good governance tools)
- Advise with regard to statutes and internal MA regulations as well on external rules and regulations impacting the good governance (national law; judicial system)
- Support the Chief Member Associations Officer and the Director of Executive Office Secretary General in preparation and follow up of the FIFA Member Associations Committee
- Support the Regional Directors in preparation and follow up with the FIFA Member Associations statutes revision/amendments
- Manage and oversee eventual normalization committees
- Support the MA Division in preparation for the FIFA Congress Providing assistance to the FIFA Regional Offices in Governance matters
- Monitoring internal process of documentation and evaluation of governance issues
- Providing regular status reports to the Director of Executive Office Secretary General
- Participating in workshops and seminars

- Experience in sports governance and structures Experience in an international political or sport environment (international organisation; NGO; diplomatic service, international sport federation)
- Proven team player with experience in multicultural working environment
- Ability to set and deliver objectives, to plan and to organise activities
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills (spoken and written) would be an asset such as German, Arabic, Spanish
