Your mission

• Manage Finance report month, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Manage Budget/Forecast and another reporting in Puma system including annotations and reference to the management and accordingly to business unit.
• Manage / Update Cashflow projection.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership to review.
• Working closely accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and material.
• Ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy. Liaise with Auditors and Tax, Banking and Legal advisors.
• Compilation and coordination of the budgets / forecasts with the business units and functions.
• Compilation of external reporting per that statutory requirement. Ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy. Liaise with Auditors and Tax, Banking and Legal advisors.
• Interception of the cost budgets and monitoring the execution of the financial plans. Support management in all optional matters such as strategic financial engineering, upgrade of controlling tools, change system, efficient project management, compilation of presentations, e.g budget review or business / operating review and any other ad-hoc projects.
• Ensure implementation of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures as well as maintenance of the accounting system.
• Develop detailed and meaningful analysis per country, business, customers, and over specific issues if needed, in order to facilitate management decision making.
• Assist in Setting up and monitoring an effective controlled operational workflow that can utilize the potential of the subordinates. Train, Motivate and develop the supporting team to ensure delivery of the functional targets.
