Job Description
As a Group Ethics Senior Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead and support the implementation, development and oversight of Entain’s various Ethics & Compliance (E&C) workstreams and to drive forward a best-in-class ethical culture at Entain. There is a need to recruit an experienced compliance manager as we develop, expand and refine our E&C programme.
Reporting to the Group Ethics Director, this individual will gain the opportunity to work across the whole business, engaging with colleagues across the globe. There is a real opportunity to be a key person in building and developing a best-in-class E&C programme, working to improve understanding of the commercial difference and impact that a strong E&C programme, and culture of integrity, can make. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, creative and innovative. Your drive and passion can make a difference in driving our E&C programme forward.
This role covers the whole range of compliance activities, including policies, training, communications, third party risk management, monitoring and testing, data analytics, reporting and horizon scanning. The role will provide the individual with extensive opportunities to broaden, expand and refine their compliance expertise. It requires an understanding of typical listed-company E&C frameworks, focusing on a core set of compliance risks (bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, sanctions, modern slavery, fraud and tax evasion).
The ideal candidate will have passion for culture and compliance, an ability to think creatively and build relationships with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail, the desire to continuously learn and the ability to be dynamic and driven are also key skills/behaviours for this role. Experience dealing with third party risk management and using AI is an advantage. The role will also provide an opportunity to travel occasionally.

- Working with our Ethics learning & developments specialists, develop and deliver engaging and innovative global training, both face-to-face and eLearning

- Develop and implement our risk assessment process using our online platform and ensure timely completion of identified actions
- Support the business through the review and onboarding of higher risk business partners
- Track and assess the impact of legal and regulatory developments, advise the business and change the E&C programme as required
- Develop and update E&C policies and guidance and the Entain Code of Conduct and support the Entain Policy Governance Framework
- Develop our E&C processes, such as the online Ethics Register for gifts, hospitality and donations
- Monitor and test our E&C controls and identify improvements
- Develop metrics, data analytics and KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of the E&C programme
- Support our Ethics Champions League across the Group
