Graphic Designer (6-Month Assignment)
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a brand-savvy Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating visually compelling, brand-aligned creative across a variety of physical and digital touchpoints—from events and promotions to in-store experiences and collector campaigns.
The ideal candidate brings current and relevant branding experience, with a track record of creating brand systems as well as working within established brand systems and delivering impactful creative for retail, promotional, and experiential environments. You'll be responsible for concepting and producing design assets that support Trade Marketing efforts as well as cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do:
• Design graphic assets for retail and event promotions, packaging displays, editorial content, and digital campaigns
• Produce marketing materials that clearly and creatively educate and excite collectors and retailers
• Develop logos and key visuals for new brand initiatives, promotions, and campaign launches
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, retail) to bring brand concepts to life
• Help define and evolve visual identity systems across new and emerging initiatives
• Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines, retailer specs, and project timelines
What We're Looking For:
• 2–4+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction (in-house or agency)
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned creative across events, retail, and promotional activations
• Demonstrated experience working within established brand systems—Walmart, Vuori, Target, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners
• An understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography
• Familiarity with social media design trends and what resonates with collectors and fans
• Bonus: Experience in the sports and collectibles space, or a passion for the trading card category
In Los Angeles, the hourly range for this position is $30.77-$37.50. In NYC, the hourly range for this position is $33.65-$40.87. The listed hourly ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining pay, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
