WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Manager, GPS Services Operations, this role sits within GPS EMEA Services Operations and works across EHQ Services, EMEA Cities, and EMEA Events. You will partner closely with Local and Global GPS, Finance, Procurement, and external service partners to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure predictable delivery against EMEA needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, who can convert complexity into an actionable plan. They bring strong program/project and stakeholder management skills, can translate business needs into clear partner direction, and create visibility through disciplined operating rhythms, templates, and crisp reporting. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, unblocking dependencies, and driving decisions without overcomplicating governance. They understand the basics of finance operations (PO/GR, month-end close), can troubleshoot process/system blockers, and are confident working across multiple teams, time zones, and external vendors. They are data-minded and can connect global technology evolution to regional reporting needs, turning inputs into decision-ready insights for leaders.
Required / Preferred:
Integrated planning & execution leadership: strong capability in turning multiple inputs into a single plan through prioritization, dependency management, clear ownership, and effective operating rhythms.
Cross-functional stakeholder leadership: proven ability to align diverse stakeholder groups (including senior leaders), drive decisions, and keep work moving through influence and coordination.
Delivery under ambiguity: comfortable working at pace; adapts under pressure, manages shifting priorities, and stays outcomes-focused.
Structured problem-solving & organizational awareness: anticipates risks, resolves blockers, and navigates complex environments with sound judgment.
Data, reporting & knowledge management: builds and maintains a single source of truth (definitions, dashboards, playbooks/decision logs) to improve visibility, alignment, and onboarding.
Systems-savvy & fast learner: able to navigate SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 to move work end-to-end and remove friction.
Finance & procurement execution: working knowledge of PO/GR, invoice flow, and month-end cadence; able to troubleshoot process/system issues and support budget owners.
Clear communication: highly skilled communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly in English and tailor messages to different audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be the operational hub that turns global and regional demand into a single EMEA plan, aligns partners to priorities, and ensures reliable execution. You’ll create decision-ready visibility for leaders, unblock dependencies across teams, and support critical finance and business rhythms that keep delivery moving.
Key responsibilities:
You manage the flow of global and local requests, converting inputs into a single, prioritized EMEA operational plan with clear ownership, milestones, and decision points.
You translate business requirements into clear partner guidance, ensuring vendor workstreams align to the EMEA plan and adjust quickly as priorities evolve.
You drive execution performance by implementing standard tools, templates, and lightweight governance that improve predictability and strengthen handoffs.
You enable cross-team collaboration across service teams, enabling functions, and partners to resolve dependencies, activate GPS priorities, and keep delivery on track.
You support month-end close activities and consult internal budget owners on PO/GR execution, resolving finance/procurement system blockers and process gaps.
You own EMEA Services & Presence data visibility, connecting global tech evolution with regional reporting to consolidate key insights and digital updates for leadership decisions.
You continuously improve operating rhythms by identifying friction points, simplifying ways of working, and scaling what works across the EMEA node.
