As the Gaming Manager at Red Bull Sweden, you will be the strategic lead driving our gaming marketing program. Your role is essential in identifying opportunities, delivering exceptional events, and managing key gaming assets such as the Red Bull Gaming Sphere, Red Bull Gibaway, and our talent program, including top-tier organizations and individual athletes.

 

With a strong focus on strategic thinking and project leadership, you will integrate gaming and esports into our annual market plans and elevate the professional gaming scene while authentically broadening its appeal through events, partnerships, and networks. Achieving groundbreaking results will require close collaboration with various departments to understand local needs and goals, as well as maintaining strong connections with other markets and our headquarters. You will be responsible for the overall management and growth of this program, working closely with the full marketing team.

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with strong knowledge in the gaming and esports landscape.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive gaming landscape, including game titles, esports athletes, teams, events, technology developments, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to know what needs to be done.
  • Solid understanding of esports competition and broadcast formats, online platforms, and audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a proven ability to design and communicate compelling gaming strategies.
  • Experience with integrated gaming marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English. Swedish and additional language skills are an advantage.
