Join Red Bull Ventures’ team as a Fund Operations Expert, where you’ll drive startup founder support, organize engaging community initiatives, and manage our IT toolset and back office. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring strong community engagement, operational excellence, and effective support for founders and Red Bull Ventures’ wider ecosystem.

Expand all
FOUNDER SUPPORT & VALUE CREATION
- Facilitate portfolio company onboarding through communications and marketing activities.
- Provide hands-on support through introductions, resources, and advice for portfolio company needs.
IT TOOL & DATA LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT
- Implement and maintain fund management software, CRM platforms, data rooms, and communication tools.
- Ensure team training and seamless user experience for all technology systems supporting the fund and founder communities.
BACK-OFFICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Provide administrative services and manage meetings for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support fund operations with document management and regulatory compliance throughout the investment process and in preparation for reporting.
COMMUNITY BUILDING & ENGAGEMENT
- Organize events that strengthen Red Bull Venture’s relationships among startups and the VC ecosystem.
- Sort, qualify and answer inbound deal flow according to Red Bull’s strategic agenda.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in a Business/Communications/Marketing related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and especially in English.
- Collaborative, approachable, and passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
- A highly organized and independent work style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and the Red Bull brand.
- Travel 0-10%
