Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

Main responsibilities

• The role ensures the process compliance and drive awareness with internal and external stakeholders increasing the efficiencies of the meal voucher and CMOS processes.

• He / She is supporting technology department during the set-up phase of the meal voucher management system and CMOS, Identifying and reporting system improvements according to FNB management needs and to provide a most efficient user experience to the client stakeholder groups.

• Assistance on “meal vouchers programme” ordering, purchasing and distribution phases, granting efficient and smooth operations to all internal and external stakeholder users.

• Games Time daily monitoring of meal vouchers and CMOS distribution, assignment and redemption process, specific requirements in collaboration with FNB operational team, TEC and other functional areas, contractors or other internal and external user groups.

• Management of last-minute orders, requests and issues, both during the ordering phases and during the Games

Analyzing meal voucher system and CMOS anomalies and taking corrective action.

• Following the process of defining meal vouchers master data, consolidate reports, and manage follow-ups with other Functions on improvements

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree management in economics, engineering, logistics, data analysis, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred. However, equivalent experience or specialized training in ordering systems, logistics and food and beverage management in sport events will also be considered.

Experience

• Proven experience of 2 years. Either in meal voucher management, or in ordering systems management, preferably with a focus on food and beverage industry and data driven roles.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ordering operations, resource allocation, and scheduling principles.

• Excellent skills with Suite MS Office, Business Intelligence software's and other information systems analysis.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges identifying issues and make decisions to optimize the meal vouchers operations
