Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

We are looking for a Fleet Specialist to join our team and help manage a fleet of approximately 40 vehicles (primarily cars). The Fleet Specialist team will consist of two professionals who will coordinate to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to handle fleet logistics, maintenance, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise vehicle bookings via Outlook or other designated tools.
• Coordinate key pick-up and drop-off procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and condition, arranging for cleaning or minor adjustments when necessary.
• Manage maintenance and repairs, liaising with vehicle suppliers and authorized workshops.
• Handle fines, informing drivers and coordinating with HR for penalty deductions.
• Deliver and retrieve vehicles at company sites or event venues when required.
• Monitor and support an additional 30 assigned vehicles, primarily in handling fine-related matters.

Work Schedule & Shifts

• The team will provide fleet management coverage between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Shift work may be required to ensure full operational coverage.

Requirements

• Experience in resource planning and prioritization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor processes and ensure compliance.
• Background in administration or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Flexibility to adapt to variable shifts and schedule changes.
