THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Financial Insights team that will report to the Corporate Finance & Insights Director. The candidate will possess a combination of technical, problem solving and communication skills who thrives in a rapidly changing environment.

The Financial Insights team supports the CFO and VP of Corporate Finance across a wide range of financial projects, including but not limited to long-term financial planning, in-depth competitor analysis, and assessing the financial considerations of an evolving regulatory landscape.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team with significant exposure across the FanDuel Group business, as well as to the broader global company (Flutter Entertainment).

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Critically assess the performance of the FanDuel Group and ensure that key trends within the business are being identified and socialized
  • Track performance of FanDuel versus key competitors
  • Collaborate with sportsbook and casino commercial teams to track market share data and report data to key stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating requests from our parent company's investor relations team
  • Support the Corporate Finance & Insights Director in addressing ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries from the CEO, CFO and Corporate Finance Vice President

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance or Corporate Strategy
  • Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to distill financial data and interpret in clear and concise insights
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
