Finance Systems Support Analyst
Location – London/Leeds/Dublin 
Hybrid  - 2 days per week (Dublin only) 

The Role will be working as a member of the Finance Systems team, this role will be focused on supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite and other third-party Finance applications.

What  you’ll  do

• Support for end-user issues, access requests and queries in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion and
other Finance applications
• Master data administration of users, employees, affiliates and bank accounts
• Performance of month end system procedures
• Monthly sprint participation
• Working with Internal Controls and Auditors regarding the Joiners, Movers and Leavers
process.
• Creating and maintaining system and process documentation and end-user training
 

How you’ll do it    
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field would be
an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance systems support, financial analysis, or IT
systems support roles.
• Strong experience with Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion and other financial software.
Skills
• Strong customer service focus and ability to quickly establish good working relationships with
end users
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Very good attention to detail

Enthusiasm and willingness to broaden knowledge of Finance Systems, in particular Oracle eBusiness Suite
