Finance Manager

Based in the Dallas Area, the Manager of Finance will report into the Sr. Director of Finance and serve as a critical member of the Finance team for Fanatics Collectibles – GC Packaging (“GCP”). This role will drive financial planning and analysis efforts, develop comprehensive financial models, and provide strategic insights to drive performance. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing GCP's financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align GCP's financial performance with its business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment with a passion for driving efficiency and performance. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly and translate data into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions where necessary
• Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting trends and potential risks
• Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Partner with operations and other departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and business strategies
• Oversee financial compliance and internal control procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and reporting
• Support capital expenditure planning and project analysis
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and other key financial metrics

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls
• Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams
• Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, D365, Infor VISUAL)
