THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Learning and performing various administrative tasks, such as organizing files, drafting 
     correspondence, and creating reports.
  • Participating in meetings and other activities to gain experience in FIFA RO team and 
     taking minutes.
  • Learning and supporting the RO team in coordination and implementation of projects 
  • Learning and developing skills in financial management, including budgeting and 
     accounting.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our MAs and other stakeholders.
  • Learning about and complying with laws and regulations related to the FIFA's operations.
  • Duties and responsibilities Her/his primary responsibilities include contributing to the achievement of the organization's objectives:
     • managing day-to-day office operations, 
     • liaising with suppliers and partners, 
     • supporting ongoing projects in our region (CECAFA and UNAF).

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• knows how to develop privileged relations with the key stakeholders (our MAs)
• can listen, analyze and synthesize, 
• can share information and make it accessible to others,
• knows how to organize and manage projects according to defined priorities,
• knows how to communicate internally and externally, in writing and orally,
• Excellent writing skills
• Rigorous and organized, 
• Adaptable and highly autonomous,
• Open-minded, curious and a good listener,
• is a team player and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor or Master (recent graduate or a final year student)
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage.
• Fluent: English and French
• Further: Arabic
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point
• Willingness and readiness to travel when necessary
