Full Description
As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts. You will build and manage customer relationships across multiple channels, with a focus on putting Red Bull in maximum danger of being sold. You will negotiate the elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store within a set of Retail, Impulse, Catering (including large office workplaces), and Bakery accounts in an allocated geographical area. This includes driving availability, visibility, communication, and additional placements of Red Bull to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- Be Red Bull’s local expert, identifying and exploring sales growth opportunities.
- Serve as the main contact for store managers/owners in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships on every visit.
TERRITORY COVERAGE
- Identify high-potential outlets and maintain effective coverage.
- Administer and develop the designated area.
- Complete all allocated calls and proactively communicate territory developments.
'PERFECT STORE' AND DISTRIBUTION DEVELOPMENT
- Execute premium in-store strategies as defined regionally and nationally.
- Drive distribution in new outlets using creative and motivational techniques.
- Influence decision-makers with compelling insights and proposals.
PROVIDE AND UTILISE ACTIONABLE DATA
- Use category, shopper, and global insights to promote mutually beneficial growth.
- Ensure excellent communication and reporting.
- Analyze reports to achieve specific objectives for your account portfolio.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all Red Bull SKUs are in stock and on display.
- Maintain necessary stock levels for continuous product availability.
ADIMINSTRATION AND REPORTING
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Head Office agreements and merchandising standards.
- Manage POS placement and promotional compliance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Red Bull and key account systems.
- Use Out-of-Stock analysis for effective merchandising.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Sales experience required, and FMCG experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships
- Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
- Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
- A valid and full driver’s license is required
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Travel 80-90%
