Fashion Sales Working Student EE

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Sales intern is supporting adidas Fashion Sales Team in Warsaw with various operational tasks. The person holding this position will have the opportunity to learn the sales processes of the sporting goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Supporting sales managers with daily activities
• Analyzing sellout data and providing data driven suggestions
• Creating weekly reports
• Supporting customers’ orderbook management
• Helping with presentations and supportive materials for Sales Managers
• Cooperating with Account Operations, Product & Marketing teams
• Communicating with customers

Authorities:

• Senior Sales Manager Fashion Accounts

KPIs:

• Net Sales & sell out

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Industry: consumer driven, ideally footwear/apparel/sport
• Leadership: none
• IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot table and vlookup function is a must), Powerpoint
• Fluent English & Polish
• Interest in sport
• Very good communication skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

Student of last years of business or marketing/e-commerce in Polish university. Interest in the sport industry will be an advantage.
